<p>Rhyme <br />analysis <br />of <br />Chinese <br />and <br />English</p><p>The rhyme of Chinese<br /><br />Level and oblique tones(平声和仄声)<br /><br /><br />Rhyme(押韵)</p><p>The rhyme of English<br /><br />The same pronunciation<br /><br />The stress and weakness</p><p>1、Level and oblique tones(平声和仄声)</p><p><br />The “ level and oblique tones ” in poetry refers to the tone of the Chinese character<br /><br />level tones:<br />Yin Ping(阴平)and Yang Ping (阳平)<br /><br />oblique tones:<br />Upper tones(上声) and the falling tones (去声)</p><p>Examples:<br /><br />石沉大海(平平仄仄)<br />海底捞针(仄仄平平)<br /><br />沉舟侧畔千帆过,病树前头万木春。<br />浓阴似帐红薇晚,细雨如烟碧草新。<br /><br />楷书四大家 欧颜柳赵:平平仄仄<br />书法宋四家 苏黄米蔡:平平仄仄</p><p>红色是平声 蓝色是仄声 <br />一二声是平声,三四声是仄声</p><p>2、Rhyme(押韵)</p><p> Rhyme is one of the basic elements of the classical poetry. The rhyme is equivalent to the vowel in Chinese phonetic alphabet.<br /> <br /> Fang = f(initial)+ang(vowel)<br /> Bang= b(initial)+ang(vowel)<br /> <br /> so they are the same rhymes</p><p>Example:</p><p> 闺 怨<br /> [唐]王昌龄 <br /><br />闺中少妇不知愁(chóu),<br />春日凝妆上翠楼(lóu)。<br />忽见陌头杨柳色(sè),<br />悔教夫婿觅封侯(hóu)。</p><p>It also be used by the modern songs:</p><p>开始总是分分钟都妙不可言 (yan),<br /> 谁都以为热情它永不会减 (jian),<br /> 除了激情褪去后的那一点点倦 (juan)。<br /> 也许像谁说过的贪得无厌 (yan),<br />活该应了谁说过的不知检点 (dian),<br /> 总之那几年感性赢了理性的那一面(mian)。<br /> <br /> ——《阴天》</p><p>1、The same pronunciation
